Red Tour Manila

The Red Tour Manila
Taylor Swift Concert

I'm a proud Swifty. I felt so blessed for having a chance to go to Taylor's concert. Her concert was at the Mall of Asia Arena and we're seated at lower box A. Her concert was just AMAZING. Those costumes and song numbers are just so her. When she started singing her first song, "State of Grace", my cousin and I started crying. :) We were so happy. Finally, we got to see her sing live. We're such fan girls and we're proud of it. Everything was a blur and it's like you're in another dimension while watching her sing there. I know she sometimes look at us because we have letters written in our shirts and it's LED.

Here we are!!! :D

When we heard that there will be Club Red here in the Philippines, we really prepared for it. Sleepless nights with my cousins just to make our shirts. We're proud of our shirts. Really. Everything happened so fast inside the Arena. It was hard expecting something, when there was really nothing. But. Really. No regrets for us. It will be one of our most unforgettable experience.

While we're outside the Arena, many Swifties really dressed up for Taylor's concert. Many Swifties had paint on their faces, had "13" written on their hands, lyrics all over their arms, hand made shirts and lights everywhere. When we lined up outside, many people were looking at us. There were so many friendly Swifties that complimented us and even took a picture with us. We felt like artists that day. I guess even though there was no "Club Red" here in the Philippines, I'm still proud of what we wore that day. It was and it will be an unforgettable night for all of us.

I'll stop with the drama. Curious about our shirts? I call it "Project Club Red" but oh well, there's no Club Red so I'll just tell you guys how we made them. I designed the shirts and used red fabric paint. It took me 7 hours to paint all 4 shirts (front and back).

I'm lucky to have my cousins and shobe for agreeing to wear the shirt. We're so cute when we STAYed together the whole time we walked around. A night full of expectations. Like my cousin said: "Loving Tay was RED."

Thank you! Hope you enjoyed reading!

About the Pre-Concert party and #REDAsiaMovement:
Today, they posted the video compiled from 6 countries. Taylor went to these countries in her Red Asia Tour. And here's the video, find me! lol I look so funny. The place is small and we're just having the time of our life singing "We Are Never Getting Back Together". Swifties unite!

Red Hot Manila

RED HOT MANILA
For those people whose house is far away from Mall of Asia and who didn't got a chance to go there to attend Red Hot Manila sponsored by Air Asia, I tell you what happened there. If you'll compare Grand Fans Day that happened in SM North Edsa, Red Hot Manila is definitely not better than GFD. I will also tell you my reasons. (This is according to my POV, I think other people has their own so...)

First, what happened there?
What really sucks is that I came there 10AM and they said it will start at 10:30AM. We waited. Guess what? It started at around 11:30AM.  The funny thing is at first, they are only playing 2 songs. "Love Story" and "Teardrops on my Guitar". Then improved to "Taylor Swift" album. After an hour, the people from Odyssey came and I think they gave them "Red" album. :) Here are my screenshots of the place, and the events inside. There is no performance or anything. What will take your time is the LOOONG LINE! A person needs to get 5 stamps in order to join the raffle(VIP Ticket and other freebies). There are steps in order to get the stamp.
The view in the second floor. :D

Step 1: Download the AirAsia app. The line is so long because you'll fill up 2 forms. The first one for registration and the second one is for the raffle.

Step 2:  Sign up as an Air Asia member. While looking at the second floor picture I took, the longest line there will be THIS STEP.  There's only 2 computer and signing up as a member is really a hassle. So, what we did is we sign up using our phone via Wi-Fi then took a screenshot. So we didn't line up this long.

Step 3:  #TaylorSwiftViaAirAsia #RedHotManila

Step 4: There is a mini wheel beside this instagram section. Sample question: Where is Shanghai? (China)

THEN OFF TO A WINDY HUNT!

At first I didn't get this windy hunt thing.... But I will show you what it is..
The Windy Hunt!! Inside there are papers that have invisible ink written on it.
They said that you'll win VIP ticket but FTW there are so many papers. LOL
Why GFD is better than Red Hot Manila?
Grand Fans Day in North Edsa is really worth it! So, if you didn't have the chance to go to Red Hot Manila, don't be sad. Promise GFD is really more fun.
1.No performances. (If you'd gone to GDF, all out performaces and #RedAsiaMovement)
2.No ones interested with Piso Fair. Almost everyone who came here is just for TSwift's VIP ticket.
3.Other booths are not working (the instagram booth, when we came there it's not working)
5.Overpriced merch.
and a lot more reasons. :D

Even though the venue here is bigger, it only took us 30minutes to finish every steps. The event is dull but there are many cute Taylor Swift posters and standees.
